Next up we have another 1H and shield gobbo, Zogrunt. Zogrunt has nothing special going on except the ability to cause other gobbos to dislike him soon after them meet him. He gets all the worst jobs, and is often bullied.
Zogrunt has a Adamant Arsenal upper body, with a free stl lower body, Avatar of Arsenal feet and hands, and a head that is a blend of Avatars of War face with Battle Yak Cankergits hat (with extra spikes added). The slasha is from a free stl, with a shield from Titanforge Midnight Goblins.
